How Individual Coaching Works

Regular Coaching Sessions -Meet with Tonya for 45 minute sessions (weekly or bi-weekly) via secure video platform. Each session is tailored to your immediate needs while building toward your long-term wellness goals.
Personalized Wellness Plan -Receive a customized plan that includes practical strategies you can implement immediately, along with longer-term practices for sustainable change. Your plan evolves as you grow and your needs change.
Ongoing Support Access -Support between sessions through secure messaging, plus resources and tools specifically chosen for you.
